The BA in Gastronomy & Culinary Arts provides students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the culinary industry. The program covers food preparation techniques, nutrition, food safety, and restaurant management. Students will gain hands-on experience in professional kitchens, learning how to create diverse and innovative dishes. The curriculum also includes aspects of food entrepreneurship, marketing, and hospitality management. Graduates are prepared for careers as chefs, culinary managers, or entrepreneurs in the food and hospitality industry.
