Gastronomy and Culinary Arts
This program teaches students the art and science of food preparation, presentation, and culinary innovation. Topics include nutrition, food chemistry, world cuisines, and restaurant operations. Students gain hands-on training in professional kitchens. Creativity, precision, and food safety are emphasized. Graduates work as chefs, food critics, or in the hospitality industry.
